Partner in The Greaves Group, LLC - Responsible for the technology to support Greaves Group activities including web-based collaboration systems, conference session registration systems, email outreach campaigns and mySQL database back-ends to support the Americas' Digital Schools on-line surveys and reports. Developed web-based analytic tools for clients to identify prospects by mining compound datasets from the Department of Education and commercial data sources.

The America's Digital Schools reports are supported by the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE), the Software and Information Industry Association (SIIA), the Consortium for School Networking (CoSN), the National School Board Association (NSBA) and the American Association of School Administrators (AASA).

Chief Technology Officer, NetSchools Corporation – Helped write the original business plan, participated in several rounds of venture capital fund-raising through which the company raised more than $95 million in capital. Led the development of an award-winning student computing appliance used in more than 100 school districts nationwide. Architect of the company’s proprietary learning objective and educational resource correlation technology which was the core of the first generation AIS (Academic Information System), and formed the central technology in the NetSchools Orion web-based implementation of the product. Served as the primary technical liaison with manufacturing partners Samsung Electronics (Korea) and USI (Taiwan). Awarded three US Patents [ 6,008,923, 6,185,688 and 6,195,687 ] covering technology central to the NetSchools Constellation implementation that won the 2001 Codie Award for Best Wireless Solution.

Director of Marketing for Algotek, Inc., a medical instrumentation company making audiology equipment for infant hearing screening using brainwave analysis technology.
Founder of The Software Works, Inc. an early microcomputer applications software company. Wrote the first third-party application program to carry the Apple Computer name. The Software Works was merged into Trademark Software, Inc. and subsequently acquired by Dow Jones & Co.
